1921 OHS Yearbook

~ Class Will ~

 

We, the SENIORS, of O.H.S., being of sound minds and disposing memory and knowing that we are at the close of our High School career, do hereby make, declare and publish this as our last will.

To the Juniors, we leave our dignity, providing they uphold it as we have done throughout our Senior year. In case that it is abused, said dignity shall be turned over to the Sophomore class.

To the Sophomores, we leave our knowledge, knowing as we do, how sorely they are in need of it.

To the Freshmen, we leave our ability to bluff, and our good times.

Beulah Cartwright wills her dancing ability to Luella Towsley. We hope you will enjoy this art, Luelia.

LaVoune Galbraigh gives and bequeaths his grandfatherly ways to Wayne Hill, also his ability to get out of classes.

Mildred Lanphere leaves her powder puff, and mirror to Myrtle Hays. Myrtle, your nose need never shine now.

Ralph Fee wills his adorable mustache and manly chest to Raymond Moore.

Albert Day gives his last name to Margaret Fry.

Bernice Fuller wills her "Frenchy" eyes to Phyllis Kelley. (Now boys, beware!)

Everette McMillen wills his ability to sing to Violet Moraine.

Ada Saunders wills her teaching facilities to Bernice Joyce.

Clifford Palmer gladly leaves his brilliancy in Shorthand to Hearn Gudger.

Hazel Jolley wills her old-maidishness to Kathryn Beckley.

Frank Isenhart wills his extreme cuteness and city bred manners to bob Harmony. bob, you have almost more than your share now.

Bernice Tuttle wills her prescription for getting a husband to Candace White.

Leona Coen wills her pleasing voice to Leota Hall.

Conrad Divers wills his studiousness to Kenyon Arbogast.

Marie Stansbury leaves her pleasing personality and popularity to Ethel Whitney.
