MR. AND MISS TROJAN

Kelly Twogood and Marsha Cole
CLASSES GIVE STRONG SUPPORT TO CANDIDATES

A trumpet fanfare opened the Mr. and Miss Trojan Coronation Assembly which was held on November 27, 1962. A pianoforte prelude was rendered by Lougene Shelden as the candidates entered the auditorium. Having announced the class representatives, Mr. Reb elaborated on the qualifications expected of Mr. and Miss Trojan. After his speech, Mr. Reb crowned Marsha Cole and Kelly Twogood Mr. and Miss Tro for the 1962-63 school year. Avis Spellman, editor of the yearbook, presented Marsha with a dozen roses and Kelly with a cuff link set. Nancy Young sang "It Had to Be You" in honor of Mr. and Miss Trojan.

This program concluded the contest which started October 19. The classes gave full support to their respective candidates to make this year's contest the most successful in the history of O.H.S. The money earned by each class was a follows: Seniors $410.71, Juniors $276.05, Freshmen $195.82, Sophomores $191.78
