Kays Tried to Instill
Responsibility in Members
|
The Kays served as a
learning device for our boys. During the year they were
shown their responsibility to the needs of others by their
contribution of money to the C.A.R.E. program and the
provision of food at Thanksgiving for a less fortunate
family. They also prepared ballots and tallied votes for the
new youth center board.
The Kays remained
self-supporting through the operation of their popcorn
machine at the basketball games. with these profits they
were able to provide several interesting
programs.
