Staff Contributed Efficiency to School

The secretarial staff has been kept busy through the day doing their regular jobs and many duties that came up from club activities and needs of the students. Mr. Shaw's secretary, Betty Lhuillier, spent much of her time keeping the attendance records up to date. She also distributed the teacher's mail, contacted the parents when students were absent, and prepared athletic reports. Jo Anne Hays, secretary to Mr. York, also had many duties. She handled the correspondence, reordered office supplies, and had charge of the activity fund. Betty and Jo Anne, truly all around secretaries, contributed much to keeping the school running.
