WE, THE SENIOR CLASS OF OSAWATOMIE HIGH SCHOOL, in the year of Our Lord, One thousand Nine hundred and forty-Three, being of sound mind and lawful age, wish to bequeath our many talents, personal belongings, and effects to those who follow, to wit:

1. To the Faculty, we leave our youthful ways.

2. To the class of '44, we leave ouor good standing in O.H.S.

3. To the class of '45, we leave our ability for absorbing knowledge.

4. To the class of '46, we wish to leave our mature looks.

5. Charles Crane wills his shortness to Mr. Wagaman.

6. Helen Griffin wills all her school books to Johnny carmichael, who never seems to have any.

7. Doris winslow wills her dramatic ability to Wanda Waller.

8. Jack Spears leaves his long, beautiful, blonde hair to Homer Landers.

9. Manford Wobker leaves his place on the steps to Jack Wadell and Carolyn Stevens.

10. Arline Priest leaves one of the two class rings she's been wearing to Zeke Zakoura, in case he doesn't make it in '45.

11. Marvin Caylor wills his bus-driving job to Clarice Beaver.

12. Joan Anderson wills her boyfriends to any Junior girl who will take care of them.

13. Doug Allard leaves his talking ability to "Lippy" Spellman.

14. Margaret Kleinhein wills her sense of humor to Mr. Reb.

15. Ralph Ross leaves his freckles to Roy Stanton.

16. Merle Jean Vest wills her alto voice to Gertrude Jacobs.

17. Amos Bashor wills his sweet disposition to LaRee Gardner.

18. Bernadeen Baker leaves her yodeling ability to Bill Jackson.

19. Robert Barker wills Georgia Hunsperger to Bill Hays, providing he takes good care of her.

31. Jim Buckman wills his record of never being at school on time to any Junior boy who thinks he can surpass it.

34. Gladys Lloyd wills her rings to Miss Ives until she gets her own.

35. Wayne Chambers wills his ability to get along with his teachers to Joe Ricci.

48. Agnes Speaks wills her place at the altar to Marcia Hewitt.

49. LeRoy Raymer leaves his job on the section to Bill Holloman.

51. Marcella Dunaway wills her ability, personality, etc. (all but her most precious possession) to Norma Lou Conkle.

67. Eddy Erickson leaves his trap drums to Carol Jean Terrill.

73. Hazel Mathia wills all her candy to her brother, Raymond. (She hopes that he will get by better in class than she did.)

76. Ralph Yocum leaves his woman-hater attitude to Jim VanHorn.
