Bradford L. "Brad" Medcalf, 61, of Osawatomie, Kansas, died Saturday, February 9, 2013, at Girard Medical Center.

Brad was born April 9, 1951, in Iola, Kansas, the son of Thomas and Mary Ellen (Bartlett) Medcalf. He graduated from Osawatomie High School in 1969.

He lived in Ottawa a number of years before just recently moving to Osawatomie. He was involved in selling cars and liked to fish and hunt. In later years, he enjoyed playing cards.

Survivors include a sister, Darlene Armstrong & husband, Ken of Ottawa, KS; a brother, Tom Medcalf & wife, Linda of Ecuador; nieces, Erika Durman (Will) and Vanessa Frazier; nephew, Kaleb Armstrong; great niece, Cora Durman.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held for his family.
