Funeral services for Susan Lynn Gibson, 18, who died December 17, 1969, following a two-car collision on Deadman's Curve were held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Eddy Funeral home in Osawatomie with Rev. James Cummins in charge. Music was provided by Mrs. Carl Dickey and Mrs. Jean Young, accompanied at the organ by Mrs. John Dollar. Pallbearers were Phil Cragg, Tim Powell, Gary Spears, Richard Wilson, Dennis Crowl and Larry Budenosky. Burial was in the Osawatomie cemetery.

Miss Gibson was a 1969 graduate of Osawatomie High School. At the time of her accident, she was training as an aide at the Osawatomie State Hospital. She is survived by her parents and three sisters.
