Leah F. Arner of Western Springs, IL passed away in December, 2013. Leah was the daughter of Alvin C. and Stella B. Arner of Osawatomie, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her brother, Alvin L. Arner, nephew, Alvin Edward Arner of Stuart, FL; her niece, Helen Elizabeth Rice and great-niece, Isabella Corrine Rice of Woodinville, WA.

Leah was graduated from the 1965 class of Osawatomie High School; the University of Kansas, and the University of Denver School of Law. She was retired from the firm of Chapman & Cutler in Chicago, IL.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 pm on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at the First United Methodist Church, 504 W. Pacific Avenue, Osawatomie, KS. A reception will follow.
