Larry Dean Landers of St. Charles, MO, passed away June 23, 2008. He was the son of the late William Glenn and Mildred (Leiter) Landers; loving husband of Shirley Ann (Wood) Landers of St. Charles, MO; beloved father of Kimberly (Jeff) Hodge of Killeen, TX, Heather (Kirk) Openlander of St. Peters, MO, and the late Steven Landers; grandfather of Nathaniel, Alyssa, Kylie, Holly, Courtney and beloved brother-in-law.

Larry was married to Janet Lynn in 1963. They became the parents of two daughters. Janet passed away in 1976. He later married Shirley Wood, and they became the parents of a son who preceeded Larry in death.

Mr. Landers retired from the Missouri Pacific - Union Pacific Railroad as a Train Master. He served in the Navy and was a member of the VFW Post 2866 and was a Mason.

Visitation Sunday, June 29, 2008 at PAUL Funeral Home from 2-6 p.m. Service Monday, June 30 at 12 noon at Paul Funeral Chapel. Interment Monday, June 30, 2008 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
