CLASS OF 1961

On Sunday, February 1st, 1998 William Franklin Epling died suddenly at the age of 54 years.  Frank Epling joined the Department of Psychology at the University of Alberta in 1977.  He also worked in the Counseling Department for several years.  Frank was an internationally recognized resarcher and scientist.  He will be sorely missed by his family and his many friends, colleagues and students.  He is survived by his wife, Judy; his children: Salena, Emily, Nathan, Jessica, and Anna; his grandchildren: Tia and Dax; his brother, Michael and his sister, Barbara.  A Memorial Service will be held at Andrews-McLaughlin Funeral Home on Monday, February 9, 1998 at 3:00 p.m. Friends who so wish may make a memorial donations directly to the Frank Epling Memorial Fund, c/o The Development Office, 4th floor Athabasca Hall, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta T6G 2E8.  The Floral Chapels, Andrews-McLauglin Ltd., 10011-114th Street, Edmonton, Alberta, Phone (403)488-0121.
