 Betty Troxler Bartlett, Las Vegas, Nev., died Wednesday, Dec. 3, 1995 in her home in Las Vegas, Nev. SHe is a former Osawatomie resident and a 1948 graduate of Osawatomie High School. Survivors include her husband, Clyde Bartlett; two daughters; and a brother, Joe Troxler. They are all of Las Vegas
