GROVE, Okla. - Final rites for Jack Orland Judd, Grove, were held Monday in the Sherman-Schrag Funeral Home.

Mr. Judd, 66, died unexpectedly Thursday, March 12, 1992, in his home.

He was born Jan. 1, 1926, in Spring Hill, Kan., and his parents were George C. and Mary Dempsey Judd. He lived in Osawatomie, Kan., for a number of years and graduated from Osawatomie High School in 1943.

He lived in Olathe, Kan., before moving to the Grove area in 1977. Mr. Judd was a retired electrician.

His memberships included the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, both in Grove.

He served with the United States Navy during World War II.

Among those preceding him in death was a son, Jeffrey Lewis Judd.

Survivors include a daughter, Beverly Kruger, Omaha, Neb.; a son, Jack C. Judd, Tulsa; a brother, Alan Judd, Kansas City, Kan.; two sisters, Bessie Bird, Osawatomie, and Alice Stahl, Parker, Kan.; and five grandchildren.

Burial was held in the Osawatomie Cemetery Monday afternoon.
