William Frank Lowell "Bill" Baker, 36845 Plum Creek Road, Osawatomie, died Thursday, April 24, 1997 in his home. He was 74.

Mr. Baker was cremated.

He was born Feb. 27, 1923 in Osawatomie, the son of Clarence L. and Lyllis Lowe Baker. He was a 1942 graduate of Osawatomie High School and spent his entire life in the area.

Among those preceding him in death were a brother and a sister.

Survivors include a sister, Martha Peterson, Kansas City, MO.

Arrangements were cared for by Wilson and Son Funeral Home.
