Richard "Moon" Mullins, born April 17, 1924, in Osawatomie, died peacefully in his home in Denver on Nov. 29, 2013, surrounded by family and friends. Richard graduated from Osawatomie High School with the Class of 1940.

Services were Dec. 6, followed by burial at Lakeside Cemetery in Canon City, Colo.
