Board of Eduction looks to the future

MEMBERS OF THE BOARD: W. R. Craig; Dr. V. W. Harville; Howard Barnes, President; Tom Ludwig; Roy Carpenter, Robert Hawkins

The members of the Board, being the elected representatives of the people, are charged with the continual improvement of the school system. The curriculum of the three schools has been feared to more nearly meet the increasing demands on elementary and secondary schools. Foreseeing the time when a new high school must be built, the board has secured the land west of the stadium as the future site.
