Officers of the Speech Club plan the year's activities. The officers are: Rebecca McMahon, President; Sharon Barnett, Vice-President; Diane Dollar, Secretary; Judy Findley, Treasurer; Barbara Coffelt, Program Chairman; and Melinda Miller, Publicity Chairman.
Scenes from the original play, "It Is Better to Give Than to Receive" by Rosalie Ward, was presented by Kays and Kayettes of the Speech Club for the High School Christmas assembly.
Members learn the art of make-up, a vital part of the actor's skill which enables him to present a living character to the eyes and minds of the audience.
	Speech Club members present panels and symposiums for civic clubs.
