~ Administration ~

Mr. George York, Superintendent of Schools, works diligently for the betterment of the schools in Osawatomie. His leadership and vision have won recognition for himself and the school system he leads.

Mr. Kenneth Johnson is President of the Osawatomie Board of Education. The member with the longest service record is Mr. Alfred Pepin, Vice-President, and the newest addition is Mr. William Alexander.

Board members attain their positions through public elections and receive no compensation for their work.

The board spends its regular meeting night, the first Monday in each month, performing the countless operations that are "musts" in the process of making a good school.
