The Girls' Glee Club has met regularly twice a week this year. The Glee Club has done excellent work, and it has appeared on many occasions. The music department gave the operetta, "The Toreadors", on December 18. This operetta was very clever in its characterization and plot. Twenty members of the Girls' Glee Club will enter the County Contest April 26th. They will sing the "Morning Song" by Briant-Williams. Our Girls Quartet was chosen from the Girls' Glee Club. The quartet has made excellent progress. The girls have appeared on many programs. The quartet will enter the County Contest, and they will sing "When I Walk in the Garden" by Schuman-Stevens. |
