~ INTRODUCTION ~

 
FORWARD

With the presentation of the 1964-65 Trojan, another fast-paced and exciting year comes to an end. Shy byt energetic reshmen plunged with enthusiasm into their high school days. As sophomores, O.H.S. students were introducedto Biology. By this time, they had outgrown their shyness. During their junior year, students had many opportunities to enrich their social life. The most important of these numerous social activities was the ong awaited Junior-Senior Prom. To many, their senior year proved to be the most memorable.

In the 1965 Trojan, the yearbook staff has tried to capture some of these moments. In years to come, may this book be a living memory to you as you turn the pages and recall the many events which took place while you were a student at O.H.S.

 

~ DEDICATION ~

This year, The Trojan Staff, proudly dedicates the 1965 Trojan to Mrs. Betty Lhuillier.

She has truly given a helping hand where needed, not only to teachers, but also to students. She egan her job as secretary in the principal's office in 1955.

Betty may be seen in the teachers' lounge making coffee for the teachers, in the halls delivering messages from parents to students, or in the office typing reports or letters for Mr. Shaw. Signing admits, depositing money, mimeographing tests and announcements, recording permanent grades, and answering the phone are just a few of the tasks she accomplishes so well.
