Proud of New Uniforms

The sparkle of new
uniforms was noticed in the appearance of the O.H.S. band as
it marched on to the football field at half time of the
first home game.
Flying batons and
colorful red and white costumes distinguished the twirlers
as they marched in front of the band. Many hours of practice
went into each of their intricate routines.

Under the direction of Raymond Renoe,
the O.H.S. band, which plays an important part in the life
of our school and community, provides music for many school
and public events.
Our band has been noted for achieving
a "1" rating at Contest in Lawrence, Kansas for ten
consecutive years.
