Diana L.Canon age 50 of Osawatomie Kansas formally of Topeka passed away Tuesday July 24th at her home. Memorial Service will be 2:00 PM Saturday July 28th at the Wilson and Son Funeral Home 305 North Pearl Paola, Kansas 66071, inurnment Osawatomie Cemetery, Osawatomie Kansas. Diana was born July 24, 1957 in Paola Kansas to Charles and Pauline Bigham Marcum. She graduated from Osawatomie High School in 1975 and received her associate degree from Ft. Scott Community College. She was a supervisor for the Department of Ageing for the State of Kansas for over 20 years retiring and moving to Osawatomie Kansas in 2005 due to failing health. Diana enjoyed walking, gardening, flowers, playing and attending sporting events, music and spending time with her children and family.

Diana is survived by her parents Charles and Pauline Marcum of Osawatomie, Son Dirk Canon of Osawatomie, Daughter Kristin Canon of Olathe, sister Barbie Schmidt of Philadelphia, PA., brother, Charles Marcum of Missouri, James Marcum of Paola, and ex-husband Richard Canon of Osawatomie. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
