Loren "Mike" Dale Kuder, 75, of KCK, passed away Monday, January 3, 2011, at KUMC.

Loren was born June 6, 1935, in Osawatomie, KS, the son of Charlie Martin and Marie Addie (Chambers) Kuder.

He graduated from Osawatomie High School in 1953.

On August 11, 1956, in Centerville, KS he married Carolyn Marie Knight. They shared over 54 years of marriage.

Loren worked for Stultz Manufacting for many years before retiring in 1998.

He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn; his son Martin "Marty" D. Kuder (Gina) of KCK; two granddaughters, Jamie James of KCMO and Haley J. Kuder of KCK; three grandsons, John P. Varriano, Tyler D. Kuder and Kyle A. Kuder all of KCK; two sisters, Marguerite Niemeyer of Independence, MO, and Rosalie Lee of Vermillion, KS; one brother, James D. Kuder of Independence, MO.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, January 7, 2011, at the Maple Hill Funeral Home with the burial to follow at Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. January 6, Thurs. at Maple Hill Funeral Home in KCK.
