Leo Alvin White, 97, of Texas City, Texas passed away on April 12, 2018. He was born in Lane, Kansas on March 6, 1921 to Harry and Mexa White.
He was married to Mary Ellen White for 56 years. Leo worked for Boeing and Halliburton as an engineer.
He was pilot while in the Navy from 1939 to 1945 and had a passion for boats and planes.
Leo was preceded in death by his loving wife Mary Ellen White; parents and two brothers, Homer White and Donnie White.
He is survived by his son Doug White and his wife Paula; daughter Lynne Kacher and husband Al; brother Royden White and his wife Janet;
step-granddaughters Heather Fatany, Alicia Hernandez, and Leanne Nilles and her husband Brandon;
six great-grandchildren, along with nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at Forest Park East Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texaas, 77598, on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 11:30 a.m.
