Fort Madison, Iowa - -Services for Arthur L. Waggoner, Aurora, Colo., were held Monday in Santa Fe United Methodist Church.

Mr. Waggoner died Wednesday, July 12, 1995 in a nursing home in Aurora. He was 74.

He was born April 27, 1921 in Peggs, Okla., the son of Andrew and Elsie Waggoner.

His family moved to Osawatomie, Kan. and he attended Osawatomie schools. He was a 1939 graduate of Osawatomie High School.

He was employed with DuPont Corp. in Fort Madison until he retired.

Preceding him in death were his wife, Juanita; a brother, George; and a sister, Dolores Walton.

Survivors include a son, Arthur L. Waggoner Jr., Fort Madison; four brothers, Lloyd Waggoner, Dana Point, Calif., Paul Waggoner, Huntington Beach, Calif., Bob Waggoner, Omaha, Neb., and Raymond Waggoner, Osawatomie; three sisters, Maxine Idol, San Diego, Pauline Sawyer, Topeka, Kan., and Juanita Wilson, Burton, Kan.; and two grandsons.

Burial was in Soldiers' Circle Oakland Cemetery, Fort Madison.
