CLASS OF 1938 SEPTEMBER 13, 1920 - AUGUST 26, 1995 Marjorie Jacqueline Pease, 74, Topeka, a native of Osawatomie, died Saturday, Aug 26, 1995, at St. Francis Hospital in Topeka. Jackie, as she was known, was born Sept. 13, 1920, at Osawatomie, one of three children born to Charles F. and Daisy D. Turner Boisvert. She grew up in Osawatomie, attended the schools there and graduated from Osawatomie High School with the Class of 1938. She then attended Baker University in Baldwin City. She was married to Clyde Pease in 1947. They made their home in Topeka for many years. She was the secretary to the commander at the Air National Guard Armory. They moved to Bella Vista, Ark. After her husband's death in 1986, she returned to Topeka. Her parents also preceded her in death. Surviving are a brother, Charles D. Boisvert of Topeka; her sister, Doreen Boisvert of Leawood; three nephews and two nieces. Services were at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Eddy Birchard Funeral Home in Osawatomie. The Rev. Leslie Murphy officiated. Burial was in the Elmdale Cemetery. Memorials have been established in her name to the American Heaart Fund, the American Cancer Society or to the Multiple Sclerosis Society. |
