ARLIE HOLLOMAN

SEPTEMBER 16, 1916 - AUGUST 11, 1987

Lakeside Texas--Services for Arlie C. Holloman, Azle, were held here Aug. 13 in the First Baptist Church.

Mr. Holloman died August 11 at the age of 70.

He was born September 16, 1916, in Osawatomie, Kan., the son of Virgil and Grace Troxel Holloman. He attended Osawatomie schools, graduating from Osawatomie High School in 1937.

He married Valeta Chamberlin in February 1939.

Mr. Holloman was a self-employed electrician. He worked for a mobile home manufacturer in Kansas City, Mo., before moving to Oklahoma and then to Texas.

Survivors include his wife, Valeta, of the home; a son, Larry Holloman, Azle; two daughters, Sonja DuLong, Crowley, and Pat Nobles, Azle; three brothers, Kenneth Holloman and Virgil Holloman, Osawatomie, and Bill Holloman, Topeka, Kan.; two sisters, Mable Coffelt, Osawatomie, and Bea Minden, Irving; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The Rev. David Uth officiated. Burial was in Azleland Memorial Park. Arrangements were cared for by Biggers Funeral Home.

Among those attending the services were Kenneth Holloman and Mabel Coffelt, Osawatomie, and William Holloman and William Coffelt, Topeka.
