WILMOT IRENE PETERS MOONEY

CLASS OF 1936

Mrs. Morlan Mooney, 27, wife of Sgt. Morlan Mooney, Spence Field, Moultrie, GA, died Monday at Moultrie following an illness of three weeks.

Wilmot Irene Peters was born December 31, 1917 in Bentonville, Ark., the daughter of Mrs. and Mrs. John Peters. She was married to Mr. Mooney April 12, 1941.

Mrs. Avery attended school in Osawatomie, Kansas, and graduated with the class of 1936.

Surviving relatives are the husband, the parents who live near Richmond and brothers, Charles Peters of Princeton, and Sgt. Edgar Peters of Detroit, Mich. Sgt. Mooney is the son of Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Mooney, 418 S. Sycamore, Ottawa, Ks.

The body of Mrs. Mooney will arrive tonight and will be taken to the Lamb Funeral Home where funeral services will he held Saturday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. E. K. Sutton officiating. Interment will be in the Princeton Cemetery.
