Maria Kindred passed away March 23, 1997. Survived by her husband, Marvin Kindred, of the family home; children, Joan R. (Richard) Buffington, Farmington, N.M., Dan L. (Raelene ) Stratton, Pueblo, Karen (Richard) Oldright, Windsor, Colo., and Karla (David) Trowbridge, Lingle Wyo.; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Kindred attended school in Osawatomie, Kansas and graduated with the class of 1936.

Mrs. Kindred was a veteran of the U. S. Navy.

At her request, cremation with no services.
