Mrs. Willis H. McQueary, 27, died at her home in West Highlands in Osawatomie Wednesday evening, November 29, 1944, after an illness of over a year.

Dorothy (Dottie) M. Walker, daughter of Edna and Alfred M. Walker was born October 26, 1917 at Dodge City.

She graduated from Osawatomie High School in 1935.

She was married to Willis McQueary, now a lieutenant in the United States Army, Camp Robinson, Ark.

She is survived by her parents of Osawatomie and her husband.

Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 at the First Methodist church in Osawatomie. Burial will be in Osawatomie. Lieutenant McQueary, who is county attorney but on leave to serve in the armed forces, reached Osawatomie Wednesday evening.
