Dorothy Nadine Browning, 79, of North Little Rock, Ark. died June 17, 1995 in Miami County Medical Center, Paola. Graveside services were held in Osawatomie Cemetery.

She was born January 25, 1916 in Osawatomie and her parents were Charles Alfred and Winnie Bell Edwards Cragg. She grew up in Osawatomie, attended local schools and was a 1933 graduate of Osawatomie High School.

On Sept. 3, 1938, she and Ray Arnold Browning were married in SanDiego. They made their home in San Diego until moving to Osawatomie in 1952. in 1957, they moved to N. Little Rock.

Mrs. Browning was a member of the First Baptist Church of Osawatomie and was active in Bethel No. 14 of the International Order of Job's Daughrers in Osawatomie when she was growing up.

Among those preceding her in death were her husband, Ray, and two brothers, Elford E. Cragg and L. G. Cragg.

The Rev. Raymond Burnet officiated. Arrangements were under the direction of Eddy-Birchard Funeral Home.
