Click Here for their Group Picture CLASS OF 1932 JUNE 3, 1914 - NOVEMBER 15, 2007 Roberta M. Teeter Wright, 93, Cheyenne, Wyo., a native of Osawatomie, died Thursday, Nov. 15, 2007, in the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center after suffering a catastrophic stroke Nov. 6. She had battled cancer since the age of 76. She was born June 3, 1914, in Osawatomie, Kan., to Charles W. and Edna L. Teeter. She graduated from Osawatomie High School in 1932 and from Colorado Women's College in 1933 with an AA degree. In the early 1940s, she worked for Doctors Savory and Conyers, then at Carnegie (Laramie County) Public Library for over 30 years as a children's librarian. Her husband, Forrest E. Wright, preceded her in death. Survivors include two daughters, Marilyn Kaye Dale of Portland, Ore., Barbara Jo Rolls of Cheyenne, and one graddaughter. Memorial services were held in the Agape Baptist Church, followed by burial in Lakeview Cemetery, both in Cheyenne. |
