COILA WINFIELD ROBINSON

Mrs. Coila Jessamine Robinson, 78 died Sunday, February 23, 1986, at her home in Osawatomie.
She was born December 2, 1907, in Neodesha, KS, to George Waldere and Lula May Cook Windfield. She had lived in Osawatomie since she was 9 years old.
She was united in marriage to William H. Robinson Oct 31,1929, in Osawatomie. They continued to make their home in Osawatomie.
Mrs. Robinson worked at the American State Bank in Osawatomie and was a dental assistant at the Osawatomie State Hospital before she retired.
She was a member of the First Christian Church of Osawatomie, the Oswan Extension Homemakers Unit and the Order of the Easter Star of Osawatomie.  She was a former member of the Osawatomie Rebekahs.
Her parents preceded her in death.
Surviving are her husband, Bill Robinson of the home; her son, George Robinson of Littleton, Colo.; two grandchildren; and two brothers, Erville K. Winfield of Council Grove, KS., and Lester G. Winfield of Osawatomie.
The services were at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Edd-Birchard Funeral Home in Osawatomie. The Rev. Ruth Ann Kottwitz of the Christian Church officiated at the services Pat McFadden and the Rev. Kottwitz sang, accompanied on the organ by Nelle Dollar.
The pallbearers were Clayton Hartford, Glenn Kester, Edwin Cook, J.G. Sheldon, Don Davis and Ray Bouwkamp. The burial was was in the Osawatomie Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Chrisitian Church of Osawatomie.
