CLASS OF 1918 MARCH 23, 1899 - APRIL 1971 TOPEKA - Funeral services for Maurice B. Salisbury, 72, a native of Osawatomie, were held Wednesday morning. Mr. Salisbury died last Tuesday at his home here. Born March 23, 1899 in Osawatomie, he was a graduate of Osawatomie High in 1918. He was a student at the University of Kansas, and married the former MissMargaret Eagan Aug. 25, 1926, in Hutchinson. Mr. Salisbury founded the M. B. Salisbury Co., Inc. a firm that specialized in construction, farm equipment sales, and supplies. The family had lived here since 1934. Survivors include the widow, of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Ann Smith, Topeka; and one son, John Smith, Topeka. |
