CHARLOTTE AMELIA "LOTTIE" CAMPBELL REB

JULY 30, 1899 - FEBRUARY 19, 1978

The Rev. Almon Martin conducted services for Mrs. Charlotte Amelia "Lottie" Reb at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Eddy-Birchard Funeral Home in Osawatomie. Mrs. Reb died Feb. 19, 1978 in St. Mary's Hospital. She was 70 years of age. Pallbearers were Herschel Rayle, Roy Johnson, John Shaw, Ernest Swenson, Glenn Mays and Ray Pulliam. Burial was in the Osawatomie Cemetery.

Mrs. Reb was born July 30, 1899 in Atchison. She moved to Osawatomie in 1905 with her parents, E.W. and Sarah Campbell. She graduated from Osawatomie High School in 1916 and attended a teachers college in Warrensburg, Mo., and returned to Osawatomie where she taught school in the lower grades 25 years, retiring in 1965. June 4, 1927, she married J. Henry Reb and he preceded her in death Feb. 4, 1977.

Mrs. Reb was a member of the First Christian Church, the Order of Eastern Star and was a member of P.E.O. for 41 years.

Surviving are two brothers, Carl Grunert, Newton, and Louis Stolp, Bendena. Two sons, two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
